Winemaking / Aging : Degreasing, absence of grief, cold extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graded temperatures. Wine stay for 3 months in its wine lees with periodic stirring. Initially for 12 months in selected new French oak fine-grained barrels of "moderate" combustion and then for at least 15 months in the bottle before being put on the market.
Tasting features : Bright, deep ruby color with violet highlights. Intense and intricate bouquet, earthy, with hints of red forest and pepper fruit. Taste generous, velvety, round, balanced, full, with notes of vanilla and mocha. In the end, it is characterized by its balanced and discreet tanicity, the long stay of its aromas dominated by butter candy. An excellent aging wine.
