type : White Dry

Variety: Xinomavro Amyntaiou

Tasting: White vinification of red variety. Vinification with wild yeasts and aging of the wine in oak barrels with its lees. In the mouth, the body is moderate, with crisp acidity that leads us to a pleasant long aftertaste.

Maturation period: 3-5 years

Alcoholic Degrees 11.5⁰
