Wining: The winemaking technique followed is blanc de noir. From the red grapes of the Xinomavro variety, the skins are carefully collected and then transferred to refrigerated stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 17°c for 3 weeks. The winemaking takes place at a low temperature in order to preserve the primary aromas of Xinomavro.
Characteristics: Cool fruit and citrus aromas combined with its balanced acidity.
Pairs well with white meats, fish and cheeses.
