Organic Wine

Varietal composition: Serifiotiko and other indigenous varieties of the Cyclades Serifos (Aspalathros)

A blend of rare local organic varieties. The strict selection of fruit and careful mild vinification give a wine with a light rosé color with orange highlights and aromas of candies, pears and nuts. Thick, full mouth, crunchy acidity, rich fruity aftertaste with subtle tannins.

The wines are grown in a vineyard with a small acreage yield in a natural way. The location is north of Serifos on a steep mountain slope opposite Kythnos and with a northern orientation.

Serving suggestions: Served at 8-10 ° C.
