Description: The grapes come from old organic vineyards, with the red variety Kotsifali being one of the most notable varieties of Crete, while Mantilari is famous for its deep color and intense tannins. It is aged for 12 months in new and 2-year-old oak. Together, they form a particularly successful blend. The label that the Estate’s flagship bears was designed by the winery’s founder, Georgios Paterianakis.
