Local varietal wine of Zakynthos
Variety: 100% Goustolidi. One of the oldest Zakynthos varieties with a small yield per acre but with excellent aromatic and flavorful elements.
Vineyards: Mainly from vines of the mountainous Zakynthos vineyard, autochthonous.
Vinification: The harvest begins in the second half of August as the Goustolidi variety ripens early. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled low temperature of 15-16ºC to ensure the preservation of its very delicate aromas.
Characteristics: With a characteristic aroma of bougarini flowers that combine beautifully with citrus aromas and herbal aromas and with an intense freshness that its pleasant acidity gives it.
Alcoholic Content: 12%
It is an ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean dishes, especially fish, seafood and white meat or grilled red meat.
