Local varietal wine of Zakynthos
Varieties: Skiadopoulo, Pavlos, Robola, Goustolidi and Makrypodia
Vineyards: From autochthonous, old vines with small acreage yield.
Winemaking: The harvest begins in the last days of August. These three grape varieties are vinified together. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with the temperature controlled at 16 ℃, in order to maintain its fruity character.
Characteristics: Wine with intense aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and herbs that presents cool acidity while leaving a pleasant aftertaste with a long finish.
Alcoholic Title: 12%
It ideally accompanies Mediterranean dishes, mainly fish, seafood and white meat.
