Various composition: Skiadopoulos, Gustolidi, Robola, Pavlos.
Area: Lagopodo Zakynthos
Vinification / Aging: Pre-fermentative extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. Aging 6 months in French oak barrels. The wine stays for 4 months on its lees with periodic stirring.
Tasting Characteristics: Organoleptically, characteristic aromas of lemon blossoms, citrus fruits, bergamot, jasmine and white-fleshed fruits can be distinguished on the nose. Vanilla notes of sweet spices and a peppery hint of ginger complete its palette. In the mouth it pleasantly surprises with its acidity. Of particular interest is its ageability, which is rare for dry whites, and its ability to continuously evolve in the bottle. Harmony:
