Characteristics: “Edia” organic olive oil comes from Deliana & Rodopou hills in Kolymvari, Chania. The yellowish green Koroneiki variety olives are harvested early, between 4 and 30 October. It is cold pressed eight hours aﬅer harvest. It is rich in polyphenols, with a content of approximately 750mg/kg.
