Type White Dry

VARIETY: 50% Assyrtiko, 35% Malagouzia and 15% Vradiano blanc de noir

Origin of Grapes: From the privately owned vineyard of the Vrinioti winery on Mount Telethrio, in North Evia. Total area of 35 acres.

Vinification: Cold extraction of the grapes and then classic white vinification.

Aging Dynamics: Enjoy it within the first 3-4 years of its life.

Characteristics: Bright lemon with greenish highlights. Explosive aromas of apricot, white-fleshed peach along with citrus blossoms, pleasantly balanced with exotic notes. Balanced in the mouth with good structure and rich aromatic character, crisp acidity and intense fruity aftertaste.

Accompany green salads, seafood meze, fresh shellfish, grilled fish, poultry and vegetable dishes, such as "difficult" asparagus. Enjoy it chilled at 10 o C.
