CHARACTERISTICS: Its color is crystalline and bright with yellow-green highlights. Its bouquet exudes floral scents of jasmine and evening primrose, beautifully combined with intense notes of melon and nectarine. Its taste is excellent, creamy and balanced, leading to a cool aftertaste.

PAIRING: Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, light cheeses and fruit. Served at 12°C
