The Plyto variety was saved from extinction when it was planted in the early '90s in the family vineyard 'Fishermen' at an altitude of 480m. Bright yellow color. Intense floral and fruity aromas such as fresh melon and pear. Elegant in the mouth with a fruity finish and a slightly bitter finish.
