Vineyard : Linear vineyard at Bidabla Goumenissa for Roditi and Sauvignon Blanc, at Filiria for Assyrtiko.
Soil : Sandy loam in Bidabla (Goumenissa wine region), sandy loam in Fyliria (Goumenissa wine region)
Vinification : Pre-fermentation extraction in cold for 6 hours, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, stay of the wine in its wine sludge for 3 months with periodic stirring.
Organoleptic characteristics : The color of the wine is yellow with green highlights. Its aroma is complex, fruity, with citrus notes. In the mouth it is light, cool, with a soft fruity aftertaste. Enjoy it cool at 10-12⁰C.
