Vineyard: Linear vineyard in Bidabla (Goumenissa wine region). Soil: Sandy
Vinification: Pre-fermentation extraction in cold for 2 days, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, stay of the wine in its wine sludge for 8 months with periodic stirring. Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels, 6 months in bottles.
Organoleptic characteristics: The color of the wine is bright red with light tile highlights. Its aroma, which is complex, is dominated by small red fruits such as raspberry, cherry, which are complemented by aromas of spices and vanilla. In the mouth it is full, aromatic with soft tannins and a pleasant finish.
It is drunk at 16-18⁰C and accompanies red and white meats, grilled or cooked with sauces, pasta and yellow cheeses.
