Varietal Composition: Chardonnay 100%
Vineyard: Maronia. Soil: Red Clay. Sorting: By hand
Characteristics: Bright, pale yellow with golden highlights. On the nose, straw, white-fleshed peach, pineapple, lemon, vanilla and toasted bread. On the palate, fresh, clean, oily with a fruity aftertaste.
Winemaking Technique: A bright white-yellow Chardonnay that 1/3 of its volume was fermented in new oak barrels and 2/3 were vinified in the classic white vinification method at low temperatures, enriched with many months of stirring of the lees by hand, both in the tank and in the barrel.
Maturation: Fermentation in barrel, Bâttonage. 7 months in French oak barrels.
Ageing: For the next 10 - 11 years.
