Varietal composition : Cinsault

Category : Protected Geographical Indication Serres, Dry Rose.

Position : Emmanuel Pappas of Serres.

Vineyard : Linear in sandy loam soil.

Yield per acre : 1100 kg per acre (average).

Vinification : The marcs remain with the juice for about 10 hours. Once the juice acquires the desired color, it is separated from the marcs and the alcoholic fermentation continues as for the white wines in cooled tanks.

Organoleptic characteristics : A really special rosé wine that stands out thanks to its aromatic character. Rose color with iodine highlights. Fruity nose with rich aromatic expression, subtle acidity and expressive aftertaste.
