Organoleptic characteristics : An even complex of three varieties, which endows the wine with balsamic and fruity aromas of quite high intensity. Bright golden yellow color, velvety mouth, with volume and balanced, intense acidity. Long fruity aftertaste.
Delicious combinations : Fish, poultry, cheese, risotto and dishes with rich white sauces.
