Varietal composition: Cabernet Franc - Merlot - Agiorgitiko
Winemaking: Manual harvest with sorting. Separate vinification of the various varieties with wild yeasts. Long maceration for Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Low temperature fermentation for Agiorgitiko The wine matured in 90% French oak barrels (50% new). Aging 22 months for Cabernet Franc, 20 months for Merlot, 12 months for Agiorgitiko
Tasting: It is bright ruby in appearance. It is a blend with a French influence, from Merlot which gives the sweetness and volume, Cabernet Franc the spices, gooseberry, blackberry and plum and Agiorgitiko which gives the floral notes to the balanced whole. On the nose, aromas of red fruits such as berries, blueberries and raspberries can be discerned, which are flanked by floral aromas and smoky aromas of meat and oak. In the mouth it is velvety and elegant, with soft silky tannins, flavors of red forest fruits, sweet spices and a peppery aftertaste.
Accompanied by: Goes well with game, braised beef, roast beef, beef fillet, meatballs, suzuka with red sauce, platter of three.

Served: Ideally served at 16°C.
