Vinification: The orange wine Aiora Assyrtiko Contact Amphora is a mild natural vinification wine from 100% Assyrtiko. Manual harvesting, and vinification without the use of technological equipment with the wine fermenting in clay amphorae together with the grapes for 5 months. Spontaneous fermentation and maturation in amphorae for about 5 months. It is bottled unfiltered and without the addition of sulfates or other chemical additives.
Gastronomic information: Shows fine aromas of yellow flowers and orange blossoms, dried fruit and honey, as well as herbal notes and a sense of green tea. Medium body with refreshing acidity and explosively aromatic flavor of flowers, dried fruit and chestnut, with a strong mineral aftertaste.
