Gastronomic information: This is a gastronomic Pinot Noir that goes well with duck and other poultry and game and, of course, cooked. It will go well with grilled quail, chicken or pork, but also with fatty fish such as salmon and tuna. Traditional Greek dishes from Macedonian cuisine, which include dried fruits, such as plums or figs, are also in its range. Served at room temperature in balloon-type wine glasses, as it is allowed to breathe for at least 20 minutes, ideally in a wine carafe. Alcohol 14%
