Vinification: Classic red vinification, fermentation with native yeasts, without filtration.
Features: Deep red fruity. The nose is "sour and black" with rustic notes of olive and tomato, however somewhere there you see the feminine note that gives the merlot with a nice red plum and other small red fruits. Licorice and vanilla complete the puzzle, while in the mouth the merlot gives softness and tames to a certain extent the strength and fist of Xinomavro.
