Characteristics: A special white wine from Kostis Dalamaras. Medium intensity, strict nose with aromas of citrus peel, herbs and floral notes. Medium body with high acidity and a long aftertaste.

Pairing: Pairs well with difficult dishes such as taramo salad and salted or smoked fish, but will also go well with more wine-friendly dishes such as fried fish and shellfish.

Serve: at 12 °C.
