Vinification: It is preceded by a short stay with the grapes, receipt of the juice in the press, separation of the precursor, then static extraction and fermentation of the clear must at a controlled temperature of 18o - 20o C.

Description: Shiny wine in yellow color and greenish highlights. Intense aroma with characters reminiscent of citrus flowers, pineapple and sun notes. Full body, rich, well balanced with its acidity and alcohol. It has a strong aftertaste.
