Protected Geographical Indication: PGI Belvento.

Varieties: Xinoyavro, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vinification: Classic red vinification of each variety separately. After the end of the alcoholic and non-lactic fermentation, the first researches are made between the varieties. This is followed by aging in oak barrels for one year, during which the wines are transfused two to three times. Bottling is followed by six-year aging in the bottle.

Description: Deep red ruby color, a complex aroma that combines spicy notes with those of ripe and dried red fruits such as gooseberry and sour cherry. What fruity impressions in the mouth, full body, ripe and complete tannins, excellent balance with a long-lasting aromatic aftertaste at the end.
