Varietal composition : Pinot Noir 100%

It is a red dry table wine that ages in an oak barrel for six to eight months and twelve in the bottle. It can be aged for 5 years. Characterized by aromas of red fruit, cedar and gooseberry on a vanilla background. In the mouth it is typical of the variety, fine and rich with nice acidity.

Flavor combinations : Red meat and fatty flavors. Served at 17 - 18 ℃
