It is a historic and award-winning Nemea with aging that is characterized by pure and concentrated yet fresh aromas of red fruit on a background of vanilla and milk caramel. In the mouth it starts with sweetness that thanks to the acidity evolves into balance, while the tannins give it a solid structure. Classic red vinification. It ages in oak barrels for a year and six months in the bottle. It is ten years old

Delicious combinations : Grilled or cooked red meat.

Served : at 17-18 degrees.
