It is a deep-aged red wine, characterized by concentrated and dense aromas of red fruits enhanced by aromas of spices such as nutmeg and pepper. In the mouth it starts with sweetness and soon its still strong tannins make their presence felt. There is a classic red winemaking. It ages in oak barrels for 20 months and at least a year in the bottle. It is aged for more than ten years or more.
Accompanies : Meat dishes, especially when made with the participation of spices. Served at 18 degrees in a closed tulip.
