Characteristics: Absolutely focused on the terroir, cold climate, very old vineyards (45-80 years old) are expressed through zero-intervention viticulture and winemaking. Beautiful aromas of tangerine and peach peel, with botanical notes and thyme in the background. Harmonious and full-bodied mouth with a long aftertaste where the fruity aromas persist.

Pairs well with seafood, pasta and cheese platters. Also goes well with grilled vegetables and salads.
