Varietal composition: Xinomavro, Krasato, Stavroto
Winemaking: Natural cultivation and Mild Intervention Winemaking with indigenous yeasts. Unfiltered with minimal sulfites. It is produced from selected mountain vineyards of Konstantinos Liapis and is vinified in collaboration with Apostolos Thymiopoulos.
Flavor: Ruby, with gray highlights. Elegant strawberry nose, mature vegetable, with targeted floral orientation of wheels, very deep, very large class. Intricate, sweet spices, polished skin with a gentle animal accent, black-red plum forest fruits and sweet plum spoon emerge from the core, in an incredible wrap of mocha, maraschino, herbs and dark chocolate.
Accompanies: Sheep ribs, goat stuffed leg with pecorino and galotyri, herbs and brandy, lamb shoulder in the oven, tzigerosarmades, frigadeli, gardoumba, beef neck sweetness, pork figs with pork figs. Salads, grills and fruits.
