Organic

Origin: PDO Sitia Crete

Packaging: Glass bottle 500ml

Characteristics: Ziro olive oil is produced from organically grown olives. ZIRO ORGANIC EARLY HARVEST olive oil is produced in October of each year. The fruit at harvest is intensely green, rich in polyphenols and aromas, with intense organoleptic characteristics. Aromas of flowers - exotic fruits - olive leaves and pear. In the mouth you feel the freshness of the unripe olive, with the pepper and olive leaves giving the bitter and spicy notes that characterize it.

Ideal food combinations: Fresh fish, potatoes, spreads, salads, stews, toasted bread, chocolate mousse.
