Lygia is a unique orange wine from the rare Tsaoussi variety of Kefalonia, which has proven its great potential. The wine comes from 55-year-old vines in the Minies area and is vinified with natural fermentation and extraction with the seeds for two weeks, offering rich aromas of quince, orange, dried apricots, orange peel, lemon and chrysanthemum. In the mouth, the wine has a medium body, mild tannins and refreshing acidity, with flavors of orange, nectarine, apple and dried yellow flowers. Ideal for refined meals, especially for fish or white meat dishes.
