"Old Vines of Robola" comes from a family vineyard planted in 1960 in Kefalonia. The vineyards are organized in terraces, with low yields, on limestone soil and benefit from the favorable microclimate of the area with intense sun and sea breeze. The Robola variety is cultivated exclusively in Kefalonia, offering wines with excellent acidity and freshness. After distillation and pressing of the grapes, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and matures for 6 months, maintaining the purity and freshness of the variety. The result is a white wine with lively acidity, intense aromas and a fresh, strong taste, which highlights the authenticity of the Kefalonian terroir.s
