Varietal composition: Cabenret Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko

Vinification: Blending of the different varieties, with pre-fermentative cryo-extraction on the grape must, alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts and extraction at medium temperatures. Aging in French oak barrels. Bottled unfiltered.

Tasting characteristics: Deep red color. Notes of spices and aromas of red ripe fruits such as cherries, raspberries and plums in perfect harmony with the aromas of wood and coffee. Rich, full flavor with balanced tannins and a long aftertaste. Able to long aging.

It accompanies rich dishes based on beef and game with red sauce and spices, as well as with aged cheeses and charcuterie platters.

It can be aged for many years
