VINIFICATION & AGING: Los Chacayes is an amazing terroir. The sandy-clay soil guarantees good infiltration, limits the growth of the plant and ensures perfect maturation.

BenMarco Malbec is a testament to Valle de Uco, endowed with aromas of black fruit, notes of violet, intense acidity, robust tannins and excellent length.

Manual harvest, fermentation at a controlled temperature of up to 28ºC and 30-day extraction. Maturation for 11 months in second-use French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES Grilled red meats, sausages, spiced pork or roast pork, hard cheeses and pasta with meat-based sauces

Alcohol 14.5%
