Description : Deep ruby color. Intense aromatic bouquet of red and black fruits (cassis, raspberry, blueberry). In the mouth plentiful with soft tannins, with the fruity aromas of the nose combined with discreet notes of sweet spices (licorice, cinnamon, vanilla) from the barrel.

Winemaking : Yeast extraction for 24-48 hours. The fermentation lasts 8-10 days. This is followed by malolactic fermentation.
Maturation : 8 months in 300 liter barrels Type of barrels: 100% French oak (25% new and 75% 2nd and 3rd use)
Aging : 4 months in the bottle before placing on the market
