Variety: Malagouzia

Vineyard: Malagouzia grows at the foot of the symbol mountain on a hill named ASVESTARIA, in front of the sea at an altitude of 250 meters. It was planted in 2015 in levels due to the large slope of the ground. A vineyard with low per acre yields and a special micro climate with many winds during the summer, a landmark for the area is a pole of attraction for visitors to the estate.

Description: Deep lemon in color, and quality aromas of lemon cream, lemon curd and white flowers and spices on the nose, with an invisible botanical mark. Delicious in the mouth, with spicy creamy floral fruit and lively acidity that detects botanical and mineral elements in the fatty, to full body, with an above medium, mineral aftertaste that also has lemon zest with floral and light botanical points.

Vinification: 4 months in stainless steel tank with lees.

Possibility of aging up to 2 years.
