The finest grapes in the region of Savatiano varaiety, fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, and
natural, spring water from the mountainous Dyrfis, come together in full-copper stills,
carefully distilled into an ideally pure spirit. As it is matured in American and French oak barrels, spirits obtain a complex, polished, and attractive character.
Ageing: 22 months in Oak French and American barrels and 12 month stainless steel tanks
It’s dark, amber color and ripe, fruity aromas are reminiscent of fruit jams and dried orange peels. The oak dresses our tsipouro with sweet spices, vanilla, butter candy,
cocoa and nuts. With a rich and persistent aftertaste, its oak flavors besiege the palate with a long chocolate finish.
Best enjoyed straight at 16 – 20 oC, accompanied by dried fruit and nuts, dark chocolate, rich fatty cheeses or chaviar
