A Viognier, according to many wine critics. unique. The process of over-ripening on the vine, together with the very low yield yields give an exotic wine, with density, structure, strength and acidity.
Fermented and aged in new French barriques for 12 months.
Short pre-fermentation extraction, completion of malolactic fermentation and batonnage. Golden-straw color, with bright reflections. The great complexity and elegance on the nose, expresses the varietal character with aromas of ripe peach, orange blossom and citrus peel along with tropical fruits. The aromas of high quality French wood such as vanilla and nuts are so well integrated into the wine composing a rich "bouquet" of aromas while the smell of bread crust indicates contact with wine lees. Mouthwashes follow those of the nose and the aftertaste has intensity and enormous complexity offering the feeling that it will last forever.
At 12 -13 ° C it accompanies intense cheeses and rich pate.
It can be aged for 4-6 years from the harvest.
