Varietal Composition: Cabernet Sauvignon 50% – Merlot 50%,

Vineyard: Linear private vineyard of 9.5 acres. Area - Location: Hydrousa - "Church". Altitude: 735 Meters. Soil: Silty clay. Climate: Lots of snowfall, significant rains and hot summer. Harvest: September 22-25. Yield: 500 – 600 kg/ha.

Vinification: Pre-fermentation extraction, alcoholic fermentation, wine aging for 4 months on its lees.

Aging: 12 months in new oak barrels.

Detailed characteristics: Alcoholic strength: 13 % vol. 0.750 ml bottle. Filter before bottling.

Organoleptic characteristics: deep red color, complex bouquet with characteristic aromas of fruit, vanilla and spices, soft tannins, rich structure with balanced acidity.

Taste harmony: At a temperature of 18-20 *c it combines perfectly with red meats, game, pork with spicy sauces, snails, garlic butter and traditional cheeses.
