Type of Wine: Dry red

Indication: PDO Nemea wine

Varietal composition: Agioritiko 100%

Vineyard: 75% Galari (ancient Nemea) / 25% Kastraki. Soil Type: Clay-limestone. Harvest date: 2nd week of September

Vinification: Pre-fermentation cryo-extraction for 24 hours. Fermentation with moderate extraction of 12 days and then maturation for 11 months in French oak barrels 225lt (75% 2nd-3rd use + 25% new)

Tasting characteristics: Intense red color. Aromaticly exuberant with strong aromas of red fruits (cherry, red plum) flanked by notes of pepper, eucalyptus, cedar and tobacco. Rich and elegant in the mouth with round and velvety tannins. The finish is described as oily with a medium aftertaste.

Gastronomic combination: Red meat dishes, wine rooster.
