WINE MAKING: Grapes are picked by hand and quickly transported to the winery. Pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment for 12 hours, alcoholic fermentation at graded temperatures.
AGEING: After the end of the alcoholic fermentation of the wine, it is aged for 2 months on its lees with periodic stirring (bâtonnage).
TASTING CHARACTERISTICS: Pink in the glass. Notes of strawberry, cherry, raspberry, and white flowers such as rose, jasmine and honeysuckle. Medium body and balanced acidity. Rich fruity mouth, with balanced acidity and a long aftertaste.
PAIRING: Oily dishes rich in herbs, vegetable risotto, barley with shrimp, seafood risotto, grilled fish. IDEAL ENJOYMENT: At 10-12°C
