Varietal composition: Assyrtiko, Roditis, Sauvignon Blanc

Wining: After sorting the grapes, for Roditis and Assyrtiko, direct pressing follows, while for Sauvignon Blanc, the pre-fermentation extraction method is applied for 12 hours and then alcoholic fermentation takes place separately for each variety. The final stage is the blending and aging of the wine in stainless steel tanks for 2 months before bottling

Tasting characteristics: A wine from the marriage of the Greek varieties Assyrtiko and Roditis, and the international Sauvignon Blanc. Light greenish-yellow color, soft texture, unique aromas of citrus and fruit with a soft and elegant taste. A balanced wine with a light aftertaste.

Food pairing: Salads, legumes, lean meats & poultry, seafood, fish.
