Winemaking Classic red winemaking with short-term extraction, 5-6 days, and with the wine staying for 8-10 months in oak barrels.

Taste Characteristics - Aging Wine with a strong aroma of red fruits, nuts and sweet spices with a hint of vanilla at the end. Dry, with balanced acidity, and soft, velvety tannins. It can be consumed pleasantly from a young age but also aged from 3 to 5 years.

Ideal combination with food Meat dishes with light red sauces, white meats (eg chicken with noodles), juvette with eggplant puree, octopus.
