VARIETY: Gewustraminer 100%

Characteristics: Cold extraction at 5°C and fermentation at 15°C in stainless steel tanks. Gewürztraminer in a fairly typical, but not explosive, expression of the variety – mainly due to the high altitude where this particular variety is planted. The nose is clean, expressive and complex, while the mouth is dry, but not at all austere, since the abundant alcohol (13%) gives a round texture. Great aging potential.
