Winemaking / Aging : Pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graded temperatures. Wine stay for 2 months in its wine lees with periodic stirring.

Features : Crystal clear, bright with a yellowish color, with slightly greenish highlights. Intense, typical nose of the variety, with aromas of white flowers, citrus and distinctive aromatic herbs. The mouth is full of excellent balance-coolness and finesse. Lively and long-lasting aftertaste.

Accompanies : balanced green salads, pasta, grilled vegetables, fried fish, seafood and a wide variety of grilled fish.
