Red Dry Wine
Variety: Kolliniatiko
Limited circulation red (total production 1,200 bottles), from authorized vines (m.o. aged 40 years) of the rare Kolliniatiko grape variety. Most of the wine is aged in French oak barrels.
Organoleptic characteristics: Generous aromas of forest fruits and lavender with hints of black pepper, cinnamon and vanilla. Good body, spicy mouth, with fine tannins, noticeable acidity and refreshing aftertaste.
