Varietal composition: Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko

Alcohol content: 14% Vol.

Vinification: Harvest, destemming, pressing, maceration with marc, fermentation in stainless steel and wooden tanks, malolactic fermentation, aging in barrels for 18 months with 40% new barrels, bottling.

Characteristics: Deep red, dense, strawberry, cherry, forest fruits: blackberry, raspberry, spices: cinnamon and cloves, in the mouth ripe and elegant body with balanced acidity, velvety tannins and a medium-long aftertaste.

Aged for 15 years
