Variety: Agiorgitiko-Mavroudi
Wining: Co-vinification of the two varieties aiming for high concentrations of tannins and anthocyanins, followed by twenty-four months of aging in new French oak barrels. Available after long-term aging in the bottle.
Aging potential: 10+ years.
Organoleptic characteristics: Deep red color, aroma of red and black forest fruits, dried flowers, spices, with notes of oak and herbs. Well-worked tannins, in balance with the almost full volume and excellent acidity.
Accompany Meats with rich spice sauces, tuna fillet, pasta dishes with butter, pine nuts and herbs.
Served Suitable serving temperature: 16 – 18°C. Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
