Variety composition : 100% Kydonitsa.
Organic wine.
Production process : Harvest in early September. With hands on small scales. Fermenting extract 6 hours at low temperature and reducing environment for better protection of the aromatic potential of the variety, selection only of the must that comes out with free flow, static degassing, low temperature throughout the fermentation 12°C, maturation in the fine wine lees for 2 months and bottling.
Organoleptic characteristics : Characterized by bright white-yellow color with green highlights. In the foreground, fruity aromas of unripe quince, pear and citrus, framed by notes of lemon blossom, acacia, eucalyptus and fern. Mouth with lemon acidity, fruity and fine aromas with durability.
Harmony of flavors : Served at 10-12°C. It accompanies fried and grilled fish, shellfish, pasta with seafood or white sauces, Mediterranean cuisine, rich aromatic cheeses and savory cold cuts.
