Vinification: With wild yeasts, without sulphite, Orange vinification for two months in a particularly expensive Italian amphora.
Characteristics: Scents of quince, loquat, kumquat, thyme are just some of the scents we discover. Very balanced mouth. with thickness and good acidity. Its color is bright orange and slightly yellow. Unfiltered with noticeable turbidity.
Goes well with seafood, lamb and all white meats.
It is consumed up to 10 years after the harvest.
